It heated by a quiet electric/oil heater and stays very warm. The private entrance indoor toilet is seconds away in the main house. It is close to downhill skiing Loon (15 minutes) and Cannon (25 minutes) and Green Woodlands Nordic skiing/ mt.biking (20 minutes). Hiking and snowmobile trails are close by also.
