This “adorable cottage” has a bright and clean sailboat theme. The walls and ceiling are the orginial I knotty pine, complete with a working fieldstone fireplace, updated heated ceramic floors, cozy kitchen with everything you would need, New tile in the lighted shower, a heat/light/vent in the bathroom. Very clean and well maintained. This is a non-smoking resort. Loveseat and New flat screen/dvd TV. Has keyless entry. Parking outside your door…no steps .Newly installed… Ludington Beach ..hard surface walk way to the waters edge… in three places.. Great for strollers, wagons, and wheelchairs! This cottage is ALL Electric..New smoke detector. new fire extinguisher. new mattress. I have asked all guests to read the information/guidelines that I have inside our cottages.This is Cottage 3 we also own Cottage 6….7073939All Cottages are privately owned.If you miss reading our House Rules.unde…No fish in our refrigerator or freeze..no cooking fish inside the cottage..no coolers with fish inside the cottage.There will be an additional cleaning fee of $200.00 or if we have to cancel a guest because of fishodor..that will be added to your credit card.VR will not let me share my phone number..I will text it to you once you book.We also have a web site and business cards inside the cottage.No refunds for HoildaysTaxes are includedBased on two adultsCheck in 3:00 p.m. Check out 10:00 a.m.No Boat parking available.No additional parking is available.
