Toes in the sand – 1/2 Block to the BeachEvery aspect of this home has been completely rebuilt from the foundation up. In early 2016 we took on the monumental task of taking the existing structure down to the foundation. We meticulously removed everything between the foundation and the roof structure expanding and re-configuring the floor plan. The end result was an efficient 2 bedroom 2 bath beach house with top end finishes that lives sophisticated but comfortable. Walls, windows, kitchen, baths, fireplace, flat screen TV (Premium Channels) Herring bone patterned floors, Mahogany doors, Quartz counters, Stainless steel appliances, French doors open to front patio.
