The 2nd bedroom also has a Queen bed with a full size bath. Twin beds in the 3rd bedroom with 1/2 bath and double size futon in Carolina room create comfortable accommodations for a crowd. Duel access to the spacious balcony from the master suite and main living space make it a great gathering area. Mattress pads, blankets and pillows are included. A full set of high end department store linens for all beds and a full set of luxurious towels for 8 guests can be RENTED in advance and set in the condo prior to your arrival.The kitchen has been upgraded with granite counter tops and newer appliances. All bathrooms have granite vanities. In the main living area and kitchen are tile, while all bedrooms are carpet.The condo has 3 flat screen, SMART HDTV’s, 1 in the main living area, 1 in the Master bedroom, 1 in the Carolina room (a great place for kids to watch). WiFi and cable are included. Two parking passes will be provided for covered parking spots on a first come first serve basis, not reserved, and there is additional parking on the street as well.
