Amenities begin with covered parking and lighting for up to 6 cars. There is a private pool, tiki bar and an outdoor shower. Smart TVs are located in every bedroom and in the main living areas on both floors. The first floor has a wet bar, with a large deck that features an ocean view. The first floor also features a pool table that converts into an air hockey and ping-pong table for all your gaming needs! The second floor has a large open living area, featuring another large deck with a stunning view. There is a beautiful hammock waiting for you, located on the ocean side decks of each floor. This house is very spacious and the elevator goes to all floors. To make your stay with us feel a little more like home, this property includes a propane gas grill and a second full sized refrigerator. Additionally, this home comes with six (6) beach chairs for you and your party to utilize at your leisure. All Stellar Beach rentals include bed and bath linens for all stays. This was definitely the NICEST, CLEANEST and most RELAXING place my wife and I have ever stayed (she’s used to vacationing in Newport Beach). This was a newer property we saw pop up, when we were searching for a nice weekend get away on VRBO. We were weary because it didn’t have many reviews yet, but with it being such a new property in OIB, I’m assuming not many have stayed here yet, or are even aware of it’s existence. We’re hoping to stay for a full Saturday to Saturday come July of this year. We enjoyed drinking our coffee every morning while looking out at the ocean. It’s on the eastern part of the island so it’s extra quiet and away from all of the traffic toward the front of the island. Because of it being so far down, the beach access you have, leads you to a nice quiet part of the beach and gives you an amazing view of the sunrise each morning. If you enjoy clean, newer places, that haven’t been worn in by years of family vacations, then I highly recommend booking your next trip to OIB here. The elevator for our luggage and private pool were nice little additions. 10/10 would recommend!
