New beds and furniture and totally remodeled bathrooms.Easy beach access and only 6 block walk to downtown, the boardwalk and marina. Dining, shopping and nightlife abound. Take a walk around Carolina Beach Lake across the street or rent a paddle boat. 17×9 outdoor pool and assigned parking for 2 vehicles (max). Don’t forget the family pet as your small dog (less than 30 lbs) is welcome with payment of a non-refundable pet fee, subject to restrictions. If you are choosing a pet friendly property, dogs are only allowed on the beach strand during the winter months. All pets must be approved by Blue Water Realty.
