This unit is has fantastic views of the Gulf Of Mexico on a quiet stretch of white sand beaches. It has a king size bed in the master bedroom overlooking the Gulf with adjoining bathroom and a quest room with a view of the Sound and a queen sized bed with a new mattress. The Unit will sleep 6 with a foldout vouch.There is a separate guest bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and has every thing you need. The living room and both bedrooms have flat screen TV’s, Wi-Fi, Cable. The dining room furnitureand add to the overall vacation experience. It has keyless entry so you not have worry about lost keys or meeting someone for check-in. Emerald Surf has elevators, a seasonally heated swimming pool, and private beach access. We will provide guests with a beach umbrella and two chairs from March through October. ($150 value) Please note that property maintenance is often done by the Homeowner’s Association on the exterior of the building in the fall and winter. We adjust our rates accordingly to accommodate this.is made from teak and the spacious balcony has a lounge chair, table, and five chairs.
