The living room is tastefully decorated in a nautical theme and boasts a 65-inch TV with wood floors throughout. You’ll enjoy access to a large DVD library (there is a DVD player that can be moved from room to room), a game table (dining table converts to a poker table), and complimentary WiFi during your stay.The well-equipped kitchen will make mealtimes a true pleasure. All appliances are stainless steel and top-of-the-line to provide the chef with everything needed to prepare a wonderful meal. The primary bedroom offers a king bed with a TV, DVD player, and walk-in closet. You’re also sure to enjoy your private luxurious main bath. The second bedroom has a double over double bunk bed with a twin trundle bed, TV, and DVD player.Things to KnowThe community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association’s discretion.The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.This rental is located on floor 4.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
