Extra perks include central AC as well as a bunk nook and sofa bed for extra sleeping space.Things to knowThe Victorian requires a $30 resort fee for all reservations, good for up to two weeks. Guests pay the resort fee directly to The Victorian HOA at their front office upon arrival. The resort fee covers up to two vehicles, fitness center and hot tub gate codes, and guest pool bands of up to six for two-bedrooms rentals and eight for three-bedroom rentals. The Victorian requires an additional $10 for additional pool bands over the allotted amount.Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.This rental is located on floor 3.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
