Building’s gated pool and each floor has it’s own paid laundry area next to the elevator. Guest parking is available in an adjacent uncovered private lot.Other things to noteTake the elevator up to the top 5th floor of the building and head down the open railing breezeway to our unit that has no building in front.Caution regarding child guests: TVs are not mounted but sitting on TV stands/dressers. Grandfathered-in open balcony railings are slightly lower than normal current building regulation
