The other two bedrooms share a bathroom with a dual vanity and a large walk-in shower.The home is equipped with beach gear including sand toys, two umbrellas, four beach chairs, a wagon, Smashball and beach towels. Also provided are a tennis and pickle ball rackets and balls, a basketball, a football and a yoga mat.The home is an end-unit, located in the middle building of the complex with ample guest parking and two private garage parking spaces located very close to the unit.Surfsong is a gated resort-inspired community with many great amenities including a heated oceanfront pool, hot tub and tennis and pickleball courts open to Surfsong guest and residents.
