Also at night when it is lit.The access to the unit is by stairs or by 2 elevators .The unit is located between Downtown Naples and Mercato .The spacious master bedroom has a king sized bed, a walk-in closet and a private walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 twin sized beds.We proudly provide a fully furnished abode, with bed linens & towels, appliances and household items (plates, glasses, utensils, etc.), washer & dryer. In addition, we provide beach towels, beach chairs, tennis rackets, TV as well as cable and free wi-fi is also included .Free community pool and in addition Olympic-sized pool , 2 saunas, fitness room , lockers , restaurant , free tennis evening international events are also available to renters for a fee at Sanchez Casal Tennis club Naples branch located at Naples Bath and Tennis .The non-mandatory single membership fee of $25 per day. Single, family tennis and social or just social membership options are available to customize your package.The association requires application approval for every person over age 18. The Application Fee is $150 per couple/family. The application should be submitted at least 20 days in advance to allow for the processing. The background check is run by the guest himself/herself and should be submitted to the homeowners association.Note : The decoration & colors for this home follows Feng Shui ‘s rules .
