Give them your name and the property address.Please leave the trash on the side of the home, we pay a company to pick the trash up on the side of the home. Trash pickup is on Monday mornings around 6 am. If you have time please strip any beds that you use and leave the bedding in the laundry, if you have time to start one load of laundry that’s great, if not no worries.Any guests not on the lease at the home are subject to a $200 fine per person. Please send a list of all names of people that will be at the house and a list of drivers of the cars that will be given access.The golf course is private property, if you are not a paid golfer, please stay off the course, the HOA views unauthorized golf course access as trespassing.City of La Quinta Permit: 66046Interaction with Guests:You will be greeted by a Service Coordinator once you arrive for check-in.
