Enjoy spending your time on the dock fishing or lounging with the open water – less that 1/2 mile by boat! Guests have access to a full sized washer and dryer.The fully screened Lanai features a beautiful heated pool overlooking the canal and private dock. It includes outdoor dining table and chairs, a charcoal grill and several poolside lounge chairs. The private deck has a brand new tiki hut with bar top table and chairs – perfect for entertaining on the water or enjoying a sunset. Guests are welcome to dock their boat here however there is no boat lift.This home is in an excellent location and is convenient to the Fort Myers Airport, Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, Fort Myers Beach, Pine Island and Downtown Fort Myers. We are 2.5 miles from downtown Cape Coral – a charming area with great restaurants and bars, lots of shopping and is just 4 blocks from the Cape Coral Yacht Club (currently under reconstruction) and the Boat House Tiki Restaurant – a local favorite for the best area waterfront dining. The Yacht club beach is open and is a great spot to spend a day at the beach with kids.
