The cottage is immaculately clean and available for longer-term rentals, as well as short-term stays.Brook Cottage Too occupies the west wing of an authentic 1928 artist’s residence/studio, featuring oversize north-light windows (with views of Overlook Mountain, the highest peak in the region) and south-facing skylights with forest and brook views.Enter your private fenced patio through a double-door latched gate. Old native bluestone paves the curved walkway and outdoor dining area (framed by gardens of evergreen and flowering shrubs), while smooth river stones surround the gas-fueled fire pit. You can prepare meals using your new Weber gas grill and dine al fresco on the outdoor table shaded by a canopy of trees.
