Description
We are located directly across the street from the Torch Lake Sandbar!Recently remodeled! This quaint two bedroom one bath duplex style home is located on the beautiful Torch Bayou. It is across the street from the Torch Lake Sandbar. With the pullout couch this apartment sleeps six people. If you are a larger group we recommend renting out both units. Two cars are allowed per unit. Trailer parking is available offsite. This is a weekly rental from mid June-August that rents from Friday to Friday. Outside of these months shorter rentals are allowed. We recommend taking your boat to enjoy the gorgeous Torch water. We do have a rental pontoon boat on the property so feel free to inquire about rates and dates for that also!What is included?- A boat slip in the boat house- 4 Kayaks on a first come first basis-Linens are included (towels are not)-Air-conditioning-Wifi-Television-Kitchen supplies-Propane firepit-Outdoor grillWe do not allow pets, smoking, fireworks, or outdoor fire-pits. Please note there are outdoor surveillance cameras for your added security.The rentals are in walking distance of ice cream, pizza, a restaurant, and liquor store. The rentals are 5 minutes drive from Alden, 15 minutes away from Elk Rapids, and 35 minute away from Traverse City. This area has attractions for everyone. Wine tasting, breweries, golfing, hiking, shopping, paddle boarding, jet skiing, and boating are just a few attractions.The boat house is accessed by boat renters and homeowners.
