This two bedroom, two and a half bathroom beach house is beautifully decorated with funky beach decor to help liven up your spirit during your fabulous getaway to the beach! Our villa features tall ceilings, lots of windows and a spacious living room located on the second floor providing direct access to a spacious terrace and unsurpassed views of the Gulf of Mexico.Both bedrooms are located downstairs, on the main level, and contain private bathrooms as well as flat screen televisions. The spacious master suite is furnished with a queen size bed and secluded access to the outdoor patio. The guest bedroom also features a queen size bed and plenty of privacy. A sleeper sofa is located upstairs in the living room, providing accommodations for 2 additional guests.The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary cookware and utensils needed to prepare meals during your stay. We have also provided a washing machine and dryer in the unit for ultimate convenience. There’s even an outdoor shower for your use when you head back from the beach. Summertowne also offers a cool and inviting community pool when you ready for a quick dip.Right outside the door is a private driveway making it extra convenient to transport luggage, groceries and all the other essentials you brought from home!
