This unit features wood flooring throughout the entire first level of the condo. The kitchen has all stainless appliances and marble counters with the laundry room right off the kitchen. There is a door from the laundry room that opens to the service yard. A breakfast bar with three bar stools separates the kitchen from the dining room area. This dining area with a table for four flows right into the living room. The living room with a wide-screen television has sliding doors to the stone patio with a barbeque grill and direct access to the pool and courtyard. A powder room is also located on this level of the condo. The second level of this condo features two bedrooms and one bath. The master bedroom has a king bed and a small balcony facing the pool and courtyard. The second bedroom has a full-sized and a single bed.
