THIS UNIT INCLUDES A SET OF FREE BEACH CHAIRS/UMBRELLA DURING SEASON(March 1-October 31)Long Beach Resort 1-204 is one of the most popular two bedrooms at Long Beach. It is usually among the first to book for the season! This unit has a detailed oriented owner who has taken the time and money to renovate and remodel the condo, leading to one of the most attractive units in the resort. The owner installed new plank flooring in the living areas, new carpet in the bedrooms, and new tile in the bathrooms; updated cabinets and granite countertops throughout the kitchen; and room darkening curtains throughout!The living room features plenty of seating, along with a queen sleeper sofa and large flat screen TV. The dining room table seats six, with two bar stools at the breakfast bar. The kitchen offers new stainless steel appliances, beautiful new cabinets and counters, with plenty of counter space. The kitchen also includes flatware, dishware, cookware, and normal kitchen appliance, like coffee maker and toasters. There is also a stack washer/dryer provided in the unit.The master bedroom has a king size bed, with a flat screen TV. The master bathroom features a beautiful walk in shower and dual vanities. The guest bedroom has two queen beds(BRAND NEW MATTRESSES!) and a flat screen TV. The guest bathroom offers a garden style tub and shower, along with dual vanities. Both bedrooms, and the living room, all have access to the private balcony. The private balcony has plenty of seating, and offers an expansive view of the gulf!Long Beach Resort is one of the most popular resorts in Panama City Beach. The resort is very centrically located, close to great restaurants and shopping. Long Beach doesn’t have a parking garage, or require guests park across the road and walk across. The parking lot at Long Beach Resort is a large open air parking lot, which allows guests to park in front of their tower. Long Beach Resort has three pools, two polynesian style swimming pools(heated seasonally) and the large Lagoon pool with waterfalls and islands. The Resort also has three hot tubs, one located at each pool, and a tiki bar, located at the Lagoon Pool(opened seasonally). Long Beach’s trait that sets it apart from other resorts is its floorplan. The large floorplan is designed to give everyone a view. The living room, master, and guest bedroom all have floor to ceiling windows that offer beautiful views of the Gulf.
