THIS UNIT INCLUDES A SET OF FREE BEACH CHAIRS/UMBRELLA DURING SEASON(March 1-October 31)Sleeps 4, 25+, non-smoking, not pet friendly.This one bedroom has all new woodlook tile floors. The unit features brand new granite countertops and brand new cabinets in both the kitchen and the bathroom. All the kitchen appliances are brand new stainless steel. The flatware, dishware, and cookware are brand new. The owner has replaced all the furniture, including a new mattress, new couch, and new patio furniture! The unit has a motion activated Ring Spotlight over the front entry door, facing outside, for lighting and security.Long Beach Resort has gated access w/security 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Parking is directly in front of your building–not across the street or in a high-rise tight parking garage! Long Beach also offers plenty of parking for guests. There are three pools, two Polynesian style pools that are seasonally heated and the huge 6800 sq ft Lagoon pool with tropical islands and waterfalls. Each pool has it’s own jacuzzi hot tub. Enjoy a burger and your favorite beverage at the Lagoon poolside bar and grill, The Hangout, which is open seasonally. Long Beach is conveniently located near all the great restaurants, golf courses, putt putt, kids attractions and don’t worry if you forget something, Wal Mart is just down the street and Pier Park is just a short, scenic drive down Front Beach Road!
