PENTHOUSE UNIT WITH FREE BEACH CHAIRS DURING SEASON(March 1-October 31)!!Long Beach Resort Tower 3 unit 1403 is a 1,368 sq.ft Penthouse with two bedrooms and two bathrooms located in Tower 3. Both bedrooms and the living room are Gulf Front with floor-to-ceiling windows and access to the HUGE 270 sq. ft. balcony overlooking the beach and the unmatched sunsets! All rooms are spacious with granite countertops in the kitchen, incredible vaulted ceilings in the living room and raised tray ceilings in both bedrooms. The main living, dining, and kitchen area also has floor-to-ceiling windows all the way across the 22 feet of wide open living space! The kitchen is fully-stocked with everything you will need including a Keurig Mini coffee maker, so bring your K-Cups! The balcony offers incredible views! The Master bedroom offers a king size bed, flat screen TV, and a seating area, along with a large walk in closet. The master bath features a double vanity and a large walk-in shower. The Guest bedroom offers two queen size beds and a flat screen TV. The guest bath features a double vanity and tub/shower. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, great for kids, and a large flat screen TV.Long Beach Resort has gated access w/security 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Parking is directly in front of your building–not across the street or in a high-rise tight parking garage! Long Beach also offers plenty of parking for guests. There are three pools, two polynesian style pools that are seasonally heated and the huge 6800 sq ft Lagoon pool with tropical islands and waterfalls. Each pool has it’s own jacuzzi hot tub. Enjoy a burger and your favorite beverage at the Lagoon poolside bar and grill, The Hangout, which is open seasonally. Long Beach is conveniently located near all the great restuarants, golf courses, putt putt, kids attractions and don’t worry if you forget something, Wal Mart is just down the street and Pier Park is just a short, scenic drive down Front Beach Road!
