THIS UNIT INCLUDES TWO SETS OF FREE BEACH CHAIRS/UMBRELLA DURING SEASON(March 1-October 31)Also has new room cooling(clear) tint on all bedroom windows!!!Our Tower 3 fifth floor 3 bedroom 3 bath condo features floor to ceiling windows providing all rooms with incredible views of the beach, emerald blue waters, and spectacular sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. The condo has 1756 square feet of interior living space. New sofa and love seat, dining chairs, bedding, wall art and accent pieces. Stunning coastal décor!!!!!All 3 bedrooms are extremely spacious with 3 private bathrooms complete with double vanities. The master and guest bathroom offer walk in showers. The third bathroom has a shower/tub combo.The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals and seating is no problem–dining table for six and seating for three at the breakfast bar.The condo is equipped with a brand new full size washer and dryer for your convenience. !Not one but TWO balconies create the perfect atmosphere for fun in the sun, relaxation, and privacy at the end of the day.Long Beach Resort sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico’s sugar white sandy beaches. The resort features 2 Polynesian pools(seasonally heated), 3 Jacuzzi spas, and a 6800 square foot lagoon pool complete with palm tree islands, waterfalls & lush tropical landscaping. The HangOut Bar and Grill is conveniently located at the Lagoon Pool.Long Beach Resort has security 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Parking is directly in front of your building–not across the street–not in a high-rise tight-spaced parking garage!This is a NON-SMOKING Condo, PETS are NOT allowed, and RENTER must be 25 years of age or older. There is a minimum 2 night stay.Super-Wal-Mart, restaurants, and shopping are within walking distance. Golf, zoo, water park, Pier Park outdoor mall, theaters, are just a short drive away.
