There is a king bed in the master, two queen beds in the guest bedroom with new mattresses and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. All tile/hardwood floors throughout. The kitchen is beautifully remodeled with gorgeous granite countertops and brand new black appliances.This 1370 sq ft condo has the best floor plan on the beach. All the rooms have floor to ceiling views of the gulf . The large living room has a new 42 ‘ T V and a new queen sleeper sofa and recliner. The dining room table seats 6 + the breakfast bar seats 3. The master bedroom has a king bed, large walk in closet and it has a door that opens onto the huge private balcony . The master bath has a double vanity with a garden tub with shower.. The large guest suite has two queen beds, oversized closet, a door that opens up to the huge private balcony. The guest bath has a double vanity with another large marble garden tub with shower . Both bedrooms have flat screen TV’s. We provide free wifi . The kitchen has all of the standard appliances and with the one-of-a-kind floor plan at Long Beach, you can even look at the gulf while doing the dishes!. There is a new large washer & dryer in the unit.Long Beach has 3 pools , the large lagoon pool has waterfalls & palm tree islands . There are 2 heated (seasonal) Polynesian pools & 3 whirlpool spas . The Hangout Grill by the pool is great for lunch & drinks . There are activities available on the beach ( jet skis, para sailing , etc ) for a fee.Long Beach Resort is near restaurants, golf, mini golf & many family entertainment choices .You can enjoy the beautiful sunsets from any room or on our balcony .Sorry — no smoking in the condo .No pets
