THIS UNIT INCLUDES A SET OF FREE BEACH CHAIRS/UMBRELLA DURING SEASON(March 1-October 31)This unit is located in tower 4, the newest tower at Long Beach, on the 11th floor. Convenient to shopping, groceries, dining, nightspots, and attractions such as bungee jumping, go-kart racing, and amusement parks. Most entertainment spots and restaurants are just a few moments’ walk or drive from Long Beach. Amenities in the condominium complex include three full-size pools and three Jacuzzi spas are located between each building. The lagoon pool has “The Hangout” bar and grill where you can get a burger and your favorite beverage while enjoying the beautiful islands with waterfalls in the 6800 sq ft pool. Restrooms are located convenient to each pool and beach. Security personnel are 24 hrs and the resort is gated. The condo comes fully furnished with efficiency kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker and dishes. The sleeping accommodations include a new pillowtop king bed and a rollaway bed. There is a washer/dryer in the unit as well as a large walk in shower and marble vanity. The condo is centrally cooled and heated. The sitting area has a new flat screen 42″ TV. The spacious deck (ten foot by eight foot) is perfect for watching the sunrise or having a cocktail at sunset. Beautiful views of the gulf are afforded to the condo guest.
