Balcony access from living room & master suite. The master suite overlooks the beach and has a King size bed with private bath. The junior suite has 2 queen beds and guest bathroom. Also, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Sleeps 6-8 comfortable!Very neat & guaranteed CLEAN! You will NOT be disappointed!Edgewater is one of the finest full service beach resorts in PCB, on the beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Exclusive amenities include 11,800 sq.ft. lagoon Pool with waterfalls & tropical landscaping, 9 heated pools(seasonal), 4 hot tubs, Peak Season Pool side activities/live music, Pizza Shack, Ocean’s full service restaurant & bar, Edgie’s/Starbucks Coffee Shop/Ice Cream Parlor, Spa, Fitness Center, Pro Shop, Executive 9 hole Golf Course, & 11 lighted Tennis/Basketball courts.Edgewater Beach Resort requires all Villa and Tower’s 1,2 and 3 reservations to pay a mandatory Guest Registration Fee. Guest Registration Fees are paid one time regardless of the length of stay, # of guests and if no vehicle will be accessing/parking on property. ** Each Reservation will require a $50 mandatory Resort Fee **2nd resort access vehicle pass: $303rd resort access vehicle pass: $50Motorcycles (during non-Bike weeks): $20 eachRVs/trailers/any pull-behind: $40/week during non-Bike weeks and only allowed through the months of Sept though May.Cancellation Policy: 20% due at booking; remainder due 30 days prior to arrival. If canceling outside of the 30 days prior to check in, the Initial Down Payment of Reservation is NON-REFUNDABLE. In many cases, IF the property is re-reserved for the same dates at the same rate as the cancelled reservation we work with our customers on a partial refund of the 20% down payment.If canceling within the 30 days of check in, the TOTAL balance is NON-REFUNDABLE. Purchasing Travel Insurance would provide peace of mind in the instance that the reservation will be cancelled within the 30 day payment window or in the event of a major weather event such as a Hurricane.
