Description
Welcome to our “Townhome in the Pines”. Our townhome is located in Pinnacle Pines and is surrounded by beautiful Ponderosa Pines. We built this three bedroom, two and a half bath townhome in the summer of 2017 for our daughter who attended NAU. She is now off on her new adventures in life and we would love to share our vacation home with you.The townhome is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Pinnacle Pines that has two hiking paths just outside the front door that lead you through the Ponderosa Pines. As you walk the trails, you can breath in the fresh air and listen to the beautiful sounds of nature. After your exhilarating hike, you can relax and enjoy coffee or cocktails on the patio and porch or read a book on the chaise lounge in our reading nook.This townhome’s design is like no other. During the building process, we were able to change a few “typical” designs. We added a kitchen island, a larger Master bathroom with a corner shower with duel shower heads and a larger guest bathroom. These design changes are not found in any other townhome in Pinnacle Pines. The townhome is 1750 sq. ft., has a two car garage with room to park two cars in the driveway if needed, (unfortunately, parking on the street is not allowed per HOA) and also includes a Samsung washer and dryer. Our bedrooms and two full bathrooms are located upstairs and the half bath is located downstairs. The Master bedroom has a king size bed and the two guest bedrooms have a queen bed in each; all have bedrooms have a TV.Our open concept living room has a 6′ electric fireplace and the fully stocked kitchen includes a bagel/toaster, a Keurig coffee maker, a Ninja blender, a crockpot and more. We also supply bath towels, wash clothes, linens, a starter roll of paper towels and toilet paper, card games, board games, first morning coffees, tea, hot chocolate, sleds and more.The townhome is equipped with a keyless entry so no need to pick up a key. The entry code will be sent to you just prior to arrival and will last through your stay. Our townhome is located close to downtown Flagstaff, NAU, CCC, R.E.M., Whole Foods, Target, Wal-Mart, dining, 30 minutes from Snowbowl, Sedona, the Grand Canyon and more.Upon booking, you will receive attachments with the check-in instructions, which includes codes for the front and garage doors, driving directions and things to do in Flagstaff.If you are interested in traveling to Kauai, we also own a home in Poipu.
