Solterra resort is in a great location just 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores. There is also an Imax movie theater and many other stores located at Posner Park, just 7 minutes away.What more could you want for your perfect family vacation to Orlando Florida.Resort fee:1-12 Guests U$3513+ Guests U$45The guest will pay the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee. The fee will be charged via Square with a credit or debit card only. No cash will be accepted. It is a one-time fee per house per reservation. They will be issued a Resort Access Card (2 cards max will be issued per party) to show the front gate of the pool at each entry, they will also be issued the 4-digit code for the month that will allow access to the gym. Guests will need to have this card in their possession on the pool deck as well for staff to verify if asked. After hours check-ins will go to the guard gate. The guard gate will issue car passes and guests will need to visit the clubhouse once reopened to pay the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee to gain access to the pool the next day.CLUBHOUSE5. Pool6. In the event of unfavorable weather, the cleaning may be rescheduled to a different day of the week. Our professional team has access to the pool area without requiring you to open the door, and they will complete the service in approximately one hour, allowing you to enjoy the pool afterward.Two days before the guest’s arrival, the voucher with check-in instructions will be sent. It is important to note that, during your stay in this vacation home, only those who will have access are the registered guests.This is a self-catering vacation home. Guests must purchase any further items needed that they’ll consume or use during the stay or replace products when they are over. This includes personal care products, food, drinks, etc. The offered amenities listed below are only initial supplies, small-sized:- Bathroom: One toilet paper per bathroom, a garbage bag that is already in the trashcan, Small shampoo and conditioner.- Kitchen: Two garbage bags, Sponge, Dishwasher soap, Paper towel.- Laundry: One laundry detergent.- Linens/sheets: 1 sheet kit per bed, one towel per guest (house’s maximum occupancy).PLEASE NOTE:• Pool heating is an optional service priced at $33 per day, with a minimum payment of $165 per stay.• Complimentary use of BBQ Grill: The BBQ Grill will be clean and available for your convenience.
