Townhouse close to all the island has to offer! Remodeled & upgraded condo.Located in the heart of Marco Island is this totally updated and remodeled townhome. 2 bedrooms each with a king bed. One full bath with shower on the second floor to service both bedrooms and one half bath on the first floor. Spacious, well equipped kitchen with counter bar seating and and table seating as well. Back screened in lanai that also has window enclosures that can be sliden aside to enjoy the outside air. 2 bicycles are provided so you can easily tour around the island. TV’s in master bedroom and living room with cable. Wifi provided as well. Heated pool on site shared with other occcupants of the same complex. Linens and towels also provided. There is a washer dryer in the unit as well. Parked is assigned just in front of your entry door to the unit. Mackle park and a short walk or bike ride away to enjoy the organized softball games. Also close to the library and Marco’s wonderful museum. Short ride to many restaurants, shopping and activities at Veteran’s park. It’s an ideal space to enjoy your month’s visit with friends.
