Nearby is an outdoor wet bar and kitchen, gas BBQ, and 6-person outdoor dining table all under a shaded pergola.Beyond all that you’ll find a crystal-blue, pebble-tech, saltwater pool and spa, surrounded by beautiful mature landscaping and set under a gorgeous view of San Jacinto Peak and the famous Palm Springs Tramway. You can catch some sun on a chaise lounge or simply float in the pool.Back inside are two comfortable guest bedrooms, each with a pillow-top queen bed and 40″ smart TV. Adjacent, the large primary suite has a plush king bed, large closet, 40″ smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom, complete with walk-out access to an outdoor shower and pool courtyard. Tramview will help make this your desert vacation home!RULES AND THINGS TO NOTE:**Pool and spa heat are optional for $30-$80 per day. This fee is not included in the quoted price on some booking platforms and, if not, will be collected after you book.**Minimum age for every guest is 25 unless accompanied by a parent. No groups larger than 6 (regardless of age) and no parties.**Palm Springs has strict noise, occupancy, and parking rules, INCLUDING THAT NO MUSIC IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE AT ANY TIME. Violation of these rules will result in a $1000 fine and immediate eviction from the house with no refund.**This house requires both a $750 refundable damage deposit and the purchase of additional damage insurance for $59. These fees are not included in the quoted price on some booking platforms and, if not, will be collected after you book.**On rentals of 28-nights or more renter is responsible for the entire gas and electric bill from check-in to check-out based on meter reads. A $3500 utility deposit will be collected after booking and will be applied to these bills. Any remaining balance will be refunded to you.**The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written contract which you must sign after you book and requires that you send us a copy of your ID before you check in.**This house is dog-friendly (2 max) with prior approval and payment of an additional pet fee.
