Privacy abounds this property and is just a five minute walk to Calf Island on tranquil Boyd Pond where you can enjoy the wildlife while sitting on the dock, swimming or enjoying a kayak or canoe ride. This is a perfect place for those who love nature and wish to get away from the busyness of everyday life. We are a short drive to Bristol’s wonderful saltwater beach, Pemaquid Point, Fort William Henry and the quaint and lovely downtown of Damariscotta. Bristol is centrally located in coastal Maine for day trips throughout the region. Boat trips to Mohegan Island, whale and puffin watches can be found in New Harbor which is just minutes from Bristol. We are approximately 40 minutes from Booth Bay Harbor for those who want to spend a day in this beautiful harbor town. The home has two bedrooms and a loft that can accommodate 5 people comfortably. There is a queen bed in one bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom and a full size pull-out sofa in the loft. There is a fully applianced kitchen, a full bath and a living area with a gas stove.
