Tranquil Anna Maria Island Resort, Unit 3… Only 4 units, all amenities!Just 300 steps from the beach, Harbor Lane Court is a 4 unit resort, with 3 one bedroom, one bath apartments, & one two-bedroom, 2 bath apartment. Renovated in 2016, all units are ground floor and this little resort has lots of Old Florida charm, with the original 1962 terrazzo floors and cathedral ceilings. Apartment #3 (Sanctuary) is one bedroom one bath and sleeps 4 adults comfortably with our queen size Bellagio Hotel mattress & a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room. All units are full apartments & feature new stainless steel appliances: full-size refrigerator with ice maker, natural gas range/oven, microwave, and dishwasher.All living and bedrooms have LED Flat Panel TV’s. Living Room TV features a Google device that provides access to our FREE You Tube TV account for all live news, sports, movies & more, so you can be confident that you won’t miss a thing. Also, you can use your own accounts for Netflix, Prime TV, Hulu and a lot of other streaming channels. All streaming uses a 500 mbps FREE WiFi which works throughout the property so you can stay connected. Living room also has a blue-ray player. All Bedrooms and living rooms feature LED flat-panel TVs with a powerful HD Direct ClearStream TV Antenna that receives channels from networks like ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox, CW, PBS, Univision, MeTV & 60+ more in full 1080 HD where available.We have hotel-quality towels and linens, including pool/beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, & beach wagons.Our vacation rentals are located 2 short blocks from one of the most beautiful gulf beaches in the US and are within walking distance to food markets, pharmacies, and restaurants. The FREE trolley stop is just 1/2 a block away, and the trolley runs from the Anna Maria City Pier at the north end of the island to Coquina Beach at the south end. It runs every 20 minutes from 6:00 am to 10:30 pm. You really don’t even need a car while on the island. The 4 units are Serenity (#1), Tranquility (#2), Sanctuary (#3) and Harmony (#4) and feature a heated swimming pool, courtyard, two gas grills, laundry room, and outdoor showers with hot water. The pool has a small children’s area, and also a 28′ swim lane. We stop by almost daily to maintain the grounds & make sure your needs are met.This small but upscale resort has a relaxing tropical theme throughout, & just opened in late 2016. Everyone that has stayed here has absolutely loved it, just read our reviews! The owners are locals and will see to it that you have everything you need, and everything is owner maintained for quality assurance. Please come and give Harbor Lane Court the chance to show you what a relaxing island vacation is about. Rent all 4 units for your wedding or family reunion. Please tell us a little about yourself in your booking request, because we don’t do an instant booking. We like to vet our guests a little for the safety and tranquility of our other guests. Just give us enough info about yourself and who you are traveling with to make us feel like you will be good neighbors for the other guests, & to assure us that you are over 25.
