Inside there is a soaring 2 story great room with a stack stone gas fireplace.The entire chalet has hardwood flooring throughout. Open kitchen with breakfast bar, newer appliances, and loads of cabinets and counter space. Spacious master on the main with plenty of closest and master bath. Upstairs loft/2nd bedroom with private bath.Best of all it’s PET FRIENDLY & catered to bringing your furry friend along. The owners of Fern Gully have installed a fence specfically for pets so they can enjoy the secluded area too.Bedroom Layout: 2-bedrooms, 2.5-bathrooms, sleeps 4Bedroom 1: 1 King BedBedroom 2: 1 Queen BedSeasonal fireplace use is October 1 – March 31.Please read before booking:Prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be the card holder and be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver’s License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.Pet Policy: Welcome to our pet-friendly property where your furry companions are valued guests. We offer a warm embrace for up to three dogs, with a non-refundable fee of $30 each. Please be informed that due to homeowners insurance regulations, we regretfully cannot accommodate Pitbull dogs. To ensure a seamless stay, kindly notify Love Rentals in advance, as failure to do so may incur a minimum charge of $500, potentially up to $1,000. Dog owners are kindly reminded to accept full responsibility for their pets, ensuring they have no history of aggression or biting.
