Your comfort and enjoyment are our top priorities!Cameras:Please note to ensure all guests have a peaceful, safe, and secure stay, we have added security cameras located on the exterior of the home. The devices are located on the four corners of our property and monitor the exterior activities of the home, including the driveway and all walkways.Pets:We welcome your furry companions and are open to accommodating one small dog (maximum weight of 25 lbs) for your stay. If you plan to bring your beloved pet along, kindly submit a booking request along with the following details as outlined below. Please note that our Pet Rules, as outlined in the House Rules section of this listing, will also apply to your stay. The information below must be provided prior to us approving your furry friend.- Breed (including any mix),- Age and weight of your pet,- Confirmation of whether your pet is housebroken and crate trained,- Verification that your pet is up to date on vaccinations. You can’t put a price on great memories! We extend a 10% discount on all stays 7+ nights or more and a 15% discount on stays 28+ days or more. The discount will automatically be applied at the checkout screen.I work remotely, is there wifi?Yes, we provide wifi in all of our listings.
