Description
This magnificent 1 acre estate is a fully walled private zen garden complete with a koi pond and a beautiful pool with a surrounding outdoor kitchen, barbecue, bar and fireplace. This Spanish style villa has 6 spacious bedrooms including two very large Master bedrooms, 7 spa quality bathrooms so every bedroom has it’s own attached bathroom. We have a large gourmet kitchen with a butlers pantry and a separate dining area. There is a very large living room, a game room, and 4 indoor fireplaces as well. We have a motor court to accommodate guests parking. There is wireless internet and cable throughout the property. The property is near a large park, a hiking trailhead and the bike trail. A few minutes drive to the beach as well as the airport and a 15 minute drive to downtown Santa Barbara. We have a state of the art security system with cameras on the entry points and outdoor walkways. We have an on-site caretaker in a detached guest house. We will personally make sure that your stay is a memorable one. We love hosting guests in this stunning sanctuary. You will keep wanting to come back to this very special Oasis among the beautiful Santa Ynez Mountains on the central coast of California in this legendary place. Please no wedding inquiries! Unfortunately the local laws do not allow us to do that sort of thing. We are inundated with wedding inquiries and just don’t like having to say no multiple times a day. No parties, weddings, rehearsal dinners. Thank you!
