A beautiful log home apartment in the woods. A tranquil, peaceful and private getaway in a safe area. Also handicap accessibility. Two blocks from Lake Michigan with spectacular views of the Mackinac Bridge. Near Sand Bay, a sandy beach for swimming and kayaking. Many tourist attractions: Mackinac Island, Tahquamenon Falls, Sault Locks, forts and museums.I have lived in Saint Ignace all my life – my roots here go back to 1885. My family are some of the first settlers in this quaint city. I live on site. My home is divided with private entrance. Enjoy my beautiful island flower garden with pond and lighthouse and the train garden. Wildlife including deer and even a moose have stopped by for a visit. Truly a tranquil romantic paradise!For those with allergies – rest assured that there has never been a pet inside the log home apartment.Electric heat, air conditioning and air filtering system.
