Relax, Swim, Fish, Unwind and Repeat! This cozy two bedroom cottage is located just across the street from beautiful Amston Lake. It’s peaceful woodside setting with backyard fire pit will have you never wanting to leave. Enjoy access to two beaches at one of the cleanest lakes in Connecticut.Please note YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 25 years old to book this property.The space:The living area is equipped with a large smart tv for your viewing pleasure. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make a delicious meal and we’ve even included the basic spices you need! Complimentary coffee and sweetener is also provided.There is a large master bedroom with a queen bed and TV. The second bedroom has a daybed with pull out trundle. Air conditioning in both bedrooms and a pull out sofa in the living room.The full size bathroom includes travel size amenities for your convenience.Guest access:You can access the backyard with fire pit and plenty of seating. Also, a picnic table for outside dining and charcoal grill. Plus two kayaks and life preservers for your convenience. There is a nearby Right of Way for lake access close by, just a two minute walk. Enjoy the gorgeous sunsets over the lake from the front deck. Then relax in the cozy living space with a good book or spend some quality time with family playing one of the many board games or puzzles.
