This beautiful, airy and recently renovated 3 bedroom cottage has light hardwood floors throughout, a very large brand new kitchen, a home office for working from home, a very large bathroom with marble floors and a marble shower/jacuzzi tub and heated towel rack and a sunroom with sliding glass doors overlooking patio with a dining table and another couch. Second floor has a bedroom and a half bathroom. Quick ride to beach and town/restaurants.An inground heated gunite saltwater pool was completed in july! (fee req to heat pool, it is naturally around 83-86 degrees without heater in Summer). 6 lounge chairs available for use. Dining table and couch and chairs outside + Weber grill. Outdoor wood burning fire-pit. And the best for last: a large wood outdoor shower covered in vines, tucked away behind the house for total privacy.
