It’s been stripped down to the studs, ceilings were raised, and the bedroom can be opened up to the rest of the unit to expand the living area if you prefer.The expanded kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a tile back-splash, large pantry and extra tall cabinets with soft close hardware. The bathroom has been fully renovated with new fixtures, walk in shower and a shower panel with body jets and shower wand. The 534 sq foot unit also benefits from impact windows, modern 12 x 24 inch tile floors, shutters and free dedicated fiber optic WiFi and cable TV with on demand service.The unit is located in Sunset House, one of the lowest density buildings on the beach. It is located on the third floor and faces West offering stunning views of the Gulf and spectacular sunset. It is an end unit and benefits from having an extra window on the side in addition to the two other windows and door to the balcony flooding the unit with natural light.The unit has a dedicated covered parking space. The complex is well managed and maintained with an over-sized pool and tropical landscaping. There is an inviting social room, BBQ area and of course there is direct private beach access.This unit has proven so popular that another unit has been fashioned in a very similar style. So, if your dates are not available, please ask about alternative units.Please Note: inquire about pricing and availability before booking dates for stays less than 30 days and if dates straddle more than one calendar month. January stays typically start on January 2nd. February is only available with a January booking. A February + March booking is only available with a January booking or a February + March + April booking.
