A $500 fee applies for any evidence of smoking.- No Mailing Packages: Do NOT send or receive packages at the property.- No Excessive Guests: Additional guests NOT on the reservation require approval and will incur a $50 fee per guest.- Report Damages: If anything breaks, notify us immediately through the app with a photo. Failure to report damages will result in a $150 fine plus repair costs.- No Parties: No parties inside or outside the property since this is a quiet residential neighborhood. Noise must be minimal after 9:00 PM – 7AM. Violating this will result in the termination of your reservation.- Noise & Security: Violation of the noise ordinance or tampering with security devices will lead to immediate reservation termination with NO refund and a $500 fine with possible legal action.- Excessive Cleaning: $100 fee if the property is left with excessive trash.- Keep Doors Closed: Refunds won’t be offered for sightings of bugs outside or inside the property.
