Upon entering this 1,630 square foot condo you are greeted by the great room with 9 foot ceilings and crown molding. The kitchen’s raised panel, full height, maple wood cabinets are stunning! The ceramic tile floors go well with the oversized granite breakfast bar that opens up into the dining and living room where the sliding glass doors open up to the covered balcony and the huge green spaces that will take you to the Watson Golf Course 15th tee off.At the front of the house is the 2nd master suite decorated in the Traditional style felt throughout the villa, even with a queen sized bed, the room is still comfortable and spacious. This master bath has a shower/tub combination, a special touch is the granite counter top and clever use of tile making this so comfortable.Also at the front of the villa is the 3rd bedroom with two double beds and is en suite as well, sharing with the rest of the condo.At the back of the villa facing the west, is the Master Bedroom, it also has a king sized bed with a balcony and a huge closet & bathroom!
