Tri – Level Residential Home; Pet Friendly, WiFi, Off street Parking by RedAwningJust minutes from the Naval Base and Downtown, and only a few blocks away from the beach.This home offers a total of 5 Bedrooms and 2 Full Bathrooms. It is perfect for multiple families or larger groups in town for work.This home consists of 3 floors. The bottom floor or basement level contains the laundry room with washer/dryer; a full bathroom with standup shower; a large “living room” area with a 70″ Smart TV; a kitchen area with refrigerator and counter top and sink. In this kitchenette we do provide a coffee maker, toaster and Air Fryer. However, we do not have a full size stove/oven here. This area has 3 Queen Size Beds.The middle or main floor of this home contains the living area, the full size and fully stocked kitchen, two of the larger bedrooms – each with Queen size beds and the large living room with fireplace, large 65″ Smart TV and large Bay Window. Also on this floor is a very cozy Sun Room off the back of the house overlooking the fully fenced in yard. On this floor is the full size main bathroom with combination shower/tub.The upstairs, which was formerly the attic of this home, consists of two bedrooms. Each has two Twin Beds and it is best if anyone staying up here is less than 6 ft. tall as it has angled ceilings so beware!We have room for two vehicles in our driveway and room for two more in the back of the home as well as on-street parking.This home is perfectly set up for and can easily accommodate two separate family units – one in the main home and the other in the lower level or basement. There is a door with a deadbolt that can be secured to separate each living area. These units could be combined for a larger group working in the area, combined, the home can easily sleep at 14 people.Check Out is 10 AM A fee of $45 per hour is charged beginning at 10:05 AM – We can not keep the cleaners waiting. Thank you.Pet Rules:Pet Fee is $99 per petAll Pets must be house trained and stay off of bedding and furnitureIf not disclosed prior to your stay, pet fee is $300Extra Charges:Extra fee of $99 if we have to remove pet hair from bedding/ furnitureEarly Check-In at 1 PM is $75 (if available)Late Check-Out at 1 PM is $75 (if available).
