We have over 150 feet of private beach access, with six spacious, uncrowded Gulf front patios shared by all units, with comfy loungers, and complimentary beach gear. Your own private patio is located at your door. Our place is quiet and most of our guests are small families or couples looking to escape the bitter winter cold.We are ranked #1 by a well known travel site for Specialty Lodging on Anna Maria, have terrific Google Reviews and are long time members of the AMI Chamber of Commerce.Many of our guests are repeat visitors, and we d love to add you to our list of happy beach-goers.We don t believe in hard sell marketing and our photos are true- no surprises upon arrival.Our place is a very simple, clean, quiet beach place– a lot of people call it “Old Florida.” We were “Old Florida” before it was even a thing. If you are looking for a fancy condo with granite counters and leather furniture, we are not it. We have designed our accommodations to be simple, carefree, beachy, and comfortable– perfect for a few nights, or a longer stay. We have a recliner in the living room where you can nap or read or watch the ball game.There are no busy streets to cross; we are one house back from the soft white sand. Our place is not fancy- but it is immaculately cleaned and maintained and fully equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels. We have kept our prices reasonable so that you can stay longer- and our full kitchens let you make breakfast and lunch at home, and venture out to eat for supper–perfect if you are traveling with little ones.Our small, five unit complex is right on the Gulf, with fragrant tropical gardens, beach front patios and grills, and an individual sun patio to call your own, complete with table, chairs, and umbrella. Relax and read the paper in the mornings, or enjoy supper and watch the sunset. We encourage afternoon naps!The interior is decorated with a tropical vibe, including rattan furniture in the bedroom, dining room, and living area- but we have kept and reupholstered everyones favorite vintage easy chairs. Be sure to look at our framed collection of black and white beach photos taken on the property in the 1930 s and 1940 s.The bedroom has a king-sized bed and walk-in closet. The queen size sleeper sofa in the living room accommodates two more people comfortably.The Cafe on the Beach for all-you-can-eat pancake breakfasts, casual lunches, and relaxing dinners is just a few steps away. Grocery stores and restaurants are 3 blocks away, and the free trolley will take you up and down the Island.We have four other VRBO units located on this property — VRBO 77482 and VRBO 327896 (our duplex cottage) and VRBO 82848 and VRBO 738184, which are fairly similar to this listing.
