Right next to Phillippi Estate Park, you can take a shaded walk, watch your children play on the expansive playground, toss a frisbee or football, or drop a kayak into the bay and go exploring without ever having to get in your car! Location is also very convenient to downtown Sarasota restaurants and museums, the famous St. Armand’s Circle, Longboat Key and Lido Beach. This home is also close to Publix, Trader Joe’s, Detwiler’s and Costco, and all shopping on Tamiami Trail including Target and a shopping mall!Terracotta tile floors throughout this spacious home feel like you’re at an island destination. Covered front patio with ceiling lights & fans is tucked under a metal roof – the perfect place to dine or sit in the swinging chair, even in the rain! The private pool is yours alone, and if you’ve swam in a salt water pool before, you know how soft and luxurious the water feels! Three feet deep at each end, gently sloping to five feet in the center – perfect for volleyball! There is an outdoor shower with hot & cold water located on the pool patio. There is also a separate driveway and hookup for boat, motor home or RV – Plenty of parking! The landscape is lush with palm trees, flowering plants and a few fruit trees.
