With its sun shelf for shallow lounging and main depth of approximately 3-5.5 feet, you’ll have plenty of space to relax in the 8,400 gallon pool. Pool water temperature is typically maintained at 80-85 degrees Fahrenheit and is included in your nightly rate. Lounge chairs round out the pool deck. The HOT TUB is perfect for stargazing in the evenings. Be sure to rinse the Siesta Key beach sand off in the custom designed HOT and COLD WATER OUTDOOR SHOWER. Enjoy views of the native Florida tropical plants and palms from either covered pergola. Each pergola provides ample shade and includes a fan to keep you cool as well as plenty of lighting for evening activities. The patio area features a 65″ TV, loveseat and coffee table as well as a dining table for four. The “adult side” features a 75″ TV, outdoor beverage cooler, and hightop table and chairs for four.The LIVING ROOM is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day at the beach. With its large sectional sofa, extra comfy throw pillows, and 55″ smart TV, you can enjoy your favorite shows in comfort. The shiplap wall and ceiling fan add to the cozy atmosphere. Please use the plastic drinkware and plates provided. An additional cleaning fee will be incurred for broken glass found in the pool or surrounding area.* Vehicle owners are advised that parking on the street is prohibited. Instead, there are two parking spots available in the driveway for their convenience.* To maintain the quality of our amenities, please do not use bath towels or washcloths to remove makeup. Black washcloths designated for makeup removal are provided for this purpose.* SECURITY CAMERAS are placed on the exterior of the property, including the front door, front corners, and back shed (which partially covers the pool deck area). The cameras are used to protect guests and maintain the safety of the property. Footage will only be reviewed in case of an incident or complaint. Tampering with the cameras is strictly prohibited.* Please be respectful of our neighbors and refrain from excessive noise or disruptive behavior.
