This beautiful 3rd floor condo takes full advantage of the trade winds, boasts a beautiful view of the garden, and a partial ocean view. An air conditioner is also provided in the bedroom for a comfortable night of sleep.You will have all the conveniences of home. A large kitchen with all the amenities is the perfect spot to prepare meals. There is even a blender for your frozen drinks and the refrigerator has ice and filtered water through the door. There is plenty of seating at the counter to dine or visit with the chef.The spacious living room has a comfortable leather sofa to relax on after a day of exploring the Big Island and there is a smart TV with Netflix (you will need your Netflix log in information).The bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed with very soft 100% cotton sheets. There is an air conditioner in the bedroom for your comfort to help you get your best night’s sleep.Headed to the beach? We have beach chairs, umbrella, a cooler and more for guests to use. Downtown Kona is a short walk on beautiful Alii Drive. Close enough to all the many restaurants and shops yet far enough away that you can get away from the hustle.The bathroom has a shower/bath tub combo and is stocked with plenty of towels for your stay. We provide shampoo and conditioner for your convenience. There is also a full sized washer and dryer in your condo so you can do laundry if needed, laundry pods are provided for you.The lanai is a wonderful place to start and end your day. Enjoy your morning Kona coffee or evening cocktail while you listen to the songs of our local birds, and get lost in the beauty of the gardens and tropical foliage that surrounds you.
