This quaint cottage is located “on the beach” – 3007 Avenue F Unit 3 at 30th Street on beautiful Holmes Beach. It is the downstairs unit (1 of 2). The cottage is very comfortable and sleeps 4 with additional space for a pull-out. The cottage is hidden away on a dead end street away from it all, yet close to shopping and restaurants.The unit has a full shower with tub, spacious kitchen with dishwasher and a compact washer/dryer. The grounds are filled with exotic, tropical plants and a private guest path to the beautiful blue water and white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island.There is a free trolley that picks up throughout the day and evening located just one block away. The unit is centrally located between Bradenton Beach and Anna Maria where there are several shopping areas and many restaurants.
