Conveniently located within walking distance to shops and restaurants, and just 1.7 miles from Disneyland Downtown, guests can enjoy a FREE Disney fireworks show every night from the front yard.The villa features two connected wings, with the east wing offering 2 bedrooms plus den area and a living room equipped with a pool table and 75-inch TV with video games. The west wing features 4 bedrooms, a grand living room, 10-seat dining table, and a large kitchen. The house also includes a game room in the garage, set up with ping pong, hockey, and foosball tables. The backyard is a California dream come true.The villa offers 4 king bedrooms for adults and 2 rooms for children. 3 of the king bedrooms are suites, 1 with in-suite private bathroom and one den area with private bathroom. The master suite is spacious, with a beautiful pool view and a private bathroom equipped with a TOTO Washlet Bidet toilet seat, a free-standing tub, and dimmable lights for mood lighting. The kitchen features custom quartz countertops and a bar-style island counter. The villa is designed in a contemporary ocean/beach theme to immerse guests in Southern California’s sunshine and scenic ocean views.For children, there is a “Spiderman Hideout” room with 4 twin beds and an “Enchanted Fairyland” room for girls with 4 twin beds and a ball pit. All beds are fitted with brand new Sealy Posturepedic mattresses, plush towels, and luxury bed sheets for a 5-star experience.The villa is equipped with state-of-the-art smart technologies, including 6 Samsung 4K smart TVs with paid Netflix and access to live news, sports, and HBO Max movies via Youtube TV. The whole house is covered by high-speed WiFi, and the gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary cookware and utensils. Bath soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, iron board, and hair dryers are all provided. The property also includes two sets of washers and dryers and baby equipment like cribs, pack and play, and strollers.Licensed by the City of Anaheim with permit #REG2021-00011, the minimum stay is 3 nights. The City imposes a 15% transient tax on all licensed short-term rentals, which is collected by booking platform and included in the total price. A $500 security deposit is required for all adult groups, and an optional pool/spa heating fee applies if desired. An extra guest fee of $30 per night per guest applies for over 10 guests, with a maximum of 15 guests allowed. Infants under 2 years old are not counted in the headcount.Guest Access:The guests can access the whole house, 4 cars parking on the driveway.The Neighborhood:safe and quietGetting Around:This house is about less than two mile to the Disneyland Park. You can still take OCTA bus 83 (its terminal is located on the Ball Rd, about one block away) to Disneyland Park.Please turn to “King Ct” from “Ball Rd”, GPS sometimes give wrong direction.Other Things to Note:Quiet Hours are between 10 p.m. and 9 a.m. This rule is enforced by city of Anaheim.NO SMOKING is allowed inside the home including the game room at any time. No tobacco, no vaping and no marijuana or other drugs is allowed.The initial daily price is for 12 people, addition guest fee is $30/guest/night, maximum 15 people permitted.Optional Pool heating fee: Winter months (Nov-April) First day is $180 for the first day, additional day is $60 per day. Summer months (May – Oct) First day $60, addition day $40 per day. The pool heat costs are subject to change. Spa heating is $10 per hour. Strongly recommend to use only spa in the winter months, for energy conservation.No additional visitors unless approved by the host. Minimum booking age is 25 years old. Minimum stay is 3 nights. We reserve the right to decline booking requests leaving a 2 night gap on the calendar.The homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By booking the reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.Security Surveillance cameras are installed at the outside parameter of the property, NOT indoors. Your privacy is protected. Noise monitoring device is installed in backyard to monitor the decimal, only to alert the property managers when decimal is higher than normal.No commercial activities are allowed in this property.
