This beautifully renovated Mediterranean home is warm, inviting, full of great vibes, and minutes from the airport, downtown Tampa, Hyde Park village, and Bayshore Blvd. However, if it’s relaxation you seek this home is equipped with a HEOS indoor/outdoor AV system, an automated salt water pool and spa that’s surrounded by a plush tropical landscape, and has a green egg and gas grill to enjoy and entertain with family or friends. As this home is nearly 100 years old and has new hard wood floors and new furniture, we ask that you be kind, respect our awesome neighbors, and appreciate there is no smoking, pets, or parties.
