Close to many great grocery stores like Frys, Winco and Costco.Crisp, clean, light and bright home! Walking in, you’ll notice how immaculate and clean-cut the home is. The living room has a red, leather sectional sofa and ottoman. Across from the sofa is a 65″ Smart TV which can stream all of your favorite shows and movies. Towards the front windows of the living room is an additional entertaining space. Here you’ll find a Retro Pac-Man game where two people can sit down and play a game. There is also a wooden bar equipped with wine glasses, whiskey glasses, and a vintage wine opener. This is a classy little area to make a cocktail.The kitchen has beautiful quartz counter tops, a kitchen island, stainless steel appliances and white cabinets. There is a pantry for food storage and a small counter area that can be used as a coffee bar or workspace. Located in the kitchen is a wooden table that can seat 4 comfortably. The dining table looks out towards the french doors and the back yard.The master bedroom has a king sized upholstered bed, 2 night stands, long wooden dresser, walk-in closet and 48″ Smart TV. The master bathroom is attached and has a dual-vanity with quartz counter tops, two mirrors and a black cabinet. The master bath offers a walk-in shower with beautiful marble tile. The second bedroom has a wooden queen sized bed, two night stands with lamps, and a closet. The third bedroom has a twin over full, bunk bed, a desk and chair (workspace) and closet. The guest bathroom has a single-sink vanity, quartz counter tops, a slate colored cabinet and a tub /shower combo.The backyard is fully set up for entertaining and includes a hot tub, BBQ grill, Fire pit lounge area, two sitting chairs, and yard games! Repeated over night parking in the visitor parking is not allowed.~ No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.~ Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection~ Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 – the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.~ Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer – This 3 bedroom has a $200 utility allowance per 30 days ($6.67/day.) Guest are responsible for any amount billed over the $200 utility cap.~ All Casago Homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.~ All reservations are subject to a background check and an additional screening fee.
