It’s right next to the Grove Street Path into NYC.Street parking is for residents only on weekdays, meaning there is a two hour limit on parking Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm. Nights and weekends you can park on the street.Self check in with electronic lock and unique access code.The neighborhood is filled with restaurants, bars, and shops within a few blocks from the apartment. Newark Ave, a pedestrian-only walking street, is 2 blocks away with restaurants, bars, and shops. 2 blocks in the other direction is Van Vorst Park, with lawns, playgrounds, a gazebo, and the occasional farmers market.The Grove St PATH Station for the train into NYC is about a 10 minute walk through cute residential streets.Guests have full, private access to the bottom two floors of the brownstone as well as the backyard.A luxury stay in an updated historic 1800’s brownstone on one of the most picturesque streets in downtown Jersey City, with three private bedrooms and a queen size pull out couch.
